★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ia dar duas estrelas devido ao atendimento mas, como faz quase uma semana que não me respondem por um serviço porco feito, darei apenas uma. Para resolver um trabalho de péssima qualidade, voltei quatro vezes que somando, sao sete dias sem carro, para refazer uma envelopagem simples de chrome delete. Simplesmente, os funcionários não conseguem acertar ou nem tentam ajustar. Pelo valor que cobram o mínimo seria entregar com maestria um trabalho simples como esse. Após quatro tentativas, o envelope está cheio de remendos e arremates. Isso é um absurdo para uma empresa com mais de 40 anos no segmento.
Outro ponto (que pelo menos foi resolvido) foram todos os riscos feitos no carro ao utilizar o estilete no envelope. Sem o mínimo de preparo da lata para receber o detalhamento do serviço.
I was going to give two stars for the service, but since I've been unanswered for almost a week for a poor job, I'll give only one. To solve a poor quality work, I came back four times, which adds up to seven days without a car, to redo a simple chrome delete envelope. Employees simply can't get it right or don't even try to adjust. For the minimum amount they charge, it would be to masterfully deliver a simple job like this. After four tries, the envelope is full of patches and trim. This is absurd for a company with more than 40 years in the segment.
Another point (which was at least resolved) were all the scratches made on the car when using the stylus on the envelope. Without the minimum preparation of the can to receive the details of the service.

Cheguei na porta da loja tinha dois carros manobrando, aguardei eles manobrarem e aproveitei pra segurar o trânsito para os mesmo saírem com os carros.
Após isso entrei com meu carro na loja, um funcionário com uma Audi deu ré vindo em direção a lateral do meu carro! Ele mesmo buzinou e disse com as seguintes palavras!
O AMIGÃO ESTOU MANOBRANDO ESPERA AÍ! NÃO ESTA ME VENDO!
Com esse atendimento que tive a certeza para eu NUNCA MAIS ENTRAR OU INDICAR ESSA LOJA PRA ALGUÉM. Isso que eu trabalho no ramo e conheço muito gente.

With this service I was sure that I would NEVER ENTER OR RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO SOMEONE AGAIN. That's what I work in the business and know a lot of people.
