Uma dona que confunde a relação de um cliente com a relação da vida particular dela.
Troca de funcionários e professores frequentemente. Chegou ao ponto de nem saber qual o nome da professora de meu filho, pois quando ia perguntar já tinha trocado, prejudicando o aprendizado.
No dia da matrícula uma excelente impressão que ao passar dos dias se revela falsa. Nada contra a empresa KUMON, que por sinal é um método excelente, mas o KUMON deveria avaliar a qualidade de seus franqueados, porque essa unidade, em particular, foi uma péssima experiência que espero nunca mais ter e não indico a ninguém. Vários alunos estão deixando o curso, inclusive meu filho.
Espero ter ajudado aos indecisos.
