Aluguei mesas e cadeiras e dias antes do evento queria reagendar a retirada por indisponibilidade de pessoa presente em uma chácara. Não responderam, enviaram mesmo assim o frete na primeira hora do dia e depois de recusado a entrada porque não havia ninguém, quiseram cobrar taxa de frete. Isso parece desonestidade com o cliente. Fora o péssimo tratamento que recebi na tentativa de resolver. Não recomendo.
Disorganized company with poor after sales service. I rented tables and chairs and days before the event I wanted to reschedule the pick up due to the unavailability of a person present at a farm. They didn't respond, they still sent the freight at the first hour of the day and after being refused entry because there was no one, they wanted to charge a freight fee. This looks like dishonesty with the customer. Apart from the bad treatment I received in an attempt to solve it. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Passei tanto nervoso que dias depois do meu evento parei no hospital por conta do stress. Desde o início já vi q ia dar problema mas insisti de tonta. Dificuldade em negociar, demoram dias para responder, no dia da retirada dos equipamentos simplesmente sumiram e eu fiquei ligando desesperada pq precisava entregar o local do evento e foram me atender bem depois… enfim, a variedade de produtos é grande mas pela falta de concorrência eles atendem os clientes como se tivessem fazendo um favor enorme.
Bad experience! I was so nervous that days after my event I stopped in the hospital because of stress. From the beginning I saw that it was going to be a problem but I insisted like a fool. Difficulty in negotiating, they take days to respond, on the day of removal of the equipment they simply disappeared and I kept calling desperate because I needed to deliver the place of the event and they came to serve me well afterwards... They serve customers as if they were doing them a huge favor.
