Quando fui pagar no caixa uma funcionária muito mal humorada e sem educação alguma não atendeu pedindo o eu pegar a fila que já havia pego. Fui embora e comprei o tênis até mais caro em outra loja onde fui bem atendida. Infelizmente o vendeo perdeu a venda por conta da mal educada que estava no balcão. Nunca mais voltarei.
Very poorly attended, salesman lost but struggling. When I went to pay at the register a very bad-tempered and uneducated employee did not answer asking me to take the queue I had already taken. I left and bought the even more expensive sneakers at another store where I was well attended. Unfortunately, the vendor lost the sale due to the rude man at the counter. I will never come back.

Um atendimento leve para solucionar meu problema mostrando as opções dos agalhos.O gerente Rafael fez a troca imediatamente muito atencioso. Vcs dois estão de parabéns excelentes profissionais. Eu daria pra vcs dez estrelas . Gerente pediu mil desculpas do fato ocorrido. Parabéns RAFAEL E DANIEL.
After so many dissatisfactions at Aricanduva's store regarding an exchange, I was finally very well attended by the polite salesperson Daniel, who listened to me and took me into the store.
