Por indicação do mesmo, optei por colocar o toldo fixo, para garantir que não houvesse vazamento. O pagamento foi realizado e o toldo instalado, porém na primeira chuva que houve havia vazamento por todos os lados. Entrei em contato com a empresa para que consertasse o vazamento. Enviei vídeo e fotos das condições do local e não obtive retorno. Durante a compra do produto eles me informaram que havia 1 ano de garantia. Já estamos em abril de 2022 e até agora a empresa não fez o reparo e não retorna o meu contato. A empresa foi muito eficiente em atender, cobrar e entregar o produto. Entretanto, deixaram muito a desejar com a qualidade do acabamento, do serviço e do atendimento. Simplesmente uma falta de respeito com o consumidor. Lembrando que não foi um investimento barato, pois gastei mais de R$ 7000,00 para que eles me dessem um serviço de qualidade. E o que recebi foi um prejuízo de infiltração da parede, perda de móveis e eletrodoméstico que havia no local um local completamente abafado, pois faltou conhecimento técnico para indicação do produto mais adequado. Não indico essa empresa para ninguém.

Payment was made and the awning was installed, but in the first rain there was leakage everywhere. I contacted the company to get the leak fixed. I sent video and photos of the conditions of the place and got no response. During the purchase of the product they informed me that there was a 1 year warranty. We are already in April 2022 and so far the company has not made the repair and does not return my contact. The company was very efficient in answering, charging and delivering the product. However, they left a lot to be desired with the quality of finish, service and care. Simply a lack of respect for the consumer. Remembering that it was not a cheap investment, because I spent more than R$ 7000.00 for them to give me a quality service. And what I received was damage from infiltration of the wall, loss of furniture and appliances that had a completely stuffy place in the place, because there was a lack of technical knowledge to indicate the most appropriate product. I don't recommend this company to anyone.

Não são honestos ! O Sr Henrique, que se apresenta como responsável , recebe os valores e não presta o serviço !
Contratei a recolocação dos bandôs de 3 toldos !
E a recolocação de um dos toldos .
No primeiro vento todos os bandôs se soltaram e o Sr Henrique não atende mais telefonemas nem WhatsApp!
Serviço que me custou 4.000,00 inexecutado !
Ainda danificaram o motor de um dos toldos !
DO NOT HIRE!!!!

Service that cost me 4,000.00 unexecuted!
They even damaged the engine of one of the awnings!
