★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um carro a 9 meses a traz, antes de fechar negócio eu perguntei ao vendedor: como está o carro de documentos? Tem que pagar IPVA? Tem multas?
O vendedor: tem que pagar IPVA e tem (1) multa!
Eu: olha meu amigo, eu só vou fechar negócio se tiver tudo ok, pelo contrário nada feito!
O vendedor: ok vamos pagar o IPVA e a multa!
Aí eu fui lá fechamos negócio e realmente o carro estava com o documento todo ok...
Só que ao passar 5 meses apareceram 5 multas no carro.
Já entrei em contato várias vezes para a agência pagar as multas e até agora nada, o carro foi comprado em fevereiro 2021 as multas são todas de 2020...
Então abrem o olho de vcs... Agora a último solução é acionar eles na justiça, afinal são mas de 1.200.00 só de multas...
I bought a car 9 months ago, before closing the deal I asked the seller: how is the document car? Do you have to pay VAT? Got fines?
The seller: has to pay IPVA and has (1) fine!
Me: look my friend, I will only close the deal if everything is ok, on the contrary, nothing has been done!
The seller: ok let's pay the IPVA and the fine!
So I went there, we closed a deal and the car really had the documents all ok...
But after 5 months, 5 fines appeared on the car.
I've contacted the agency several times to pay the fines and so far nothing, the car was purchased in February 2021 the fines are all from 2020...
So open your eyes... Now the last solution is to sue them in court, after all, there are more than 1,200,000 just fines...

Mando mensagem pra eles no whatsapp mais ninguém me dá o retorno, o carro tem uma multa de 2020 que não é minha e querem q eu pague, sem contar na promessa de me entregarem o carro em uma semana e só me entregaram com mais de 20 dias. São muito enrolados pra resolver a documentação até hj nada. Estou muito insatisfeita com essa empresa.
I bought a car in 2021 I've been waiting for the receipt for 6 months and nothing. I send them a message on whatsapp but no one gives me a return, the car has a 2020 fine that is not mine and they want me to pay it, not to mention the promise to deliver the car to me in a week and they only delivered it to me with more than 20 days.
