★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima. Costruiu o Condomínio João Nunes muito proximo a outros 2. Até o terceiro andar não existe privacidade. A casa do gerador é ao lado do parquinho infantil. A cerâmica da piscina não tem aderência, ja vi idosa escorregando. Projeto falho apenas visando vendas..... e que não consegue vender. Me arrependo de ter deixado meus pais comprarem.
Pessima. He built the Condominium João Nunes very close to other 2. Up to the third floor there is no privacy. The generator house is next to the playground.
