Na hora da compra foram muito atenciosas, na hora da troca foram arrogantes em dizer que estavam quebrando meu galho. A vendedora chegou a argumentar que passei horas experimentando os vestidos e ainda comprei errado. Todos o modelo que experimentei na troca não fizeram questão de verificar se tinha o meu número ou cor.
Eu também sou comerciante, e nunca distratei uma cliente descontente com meu atendimento. Pelo contrário, faço questão de oferecer o melhor para que continue cliente e indicando meu comércio.
Por esse motivo existe a concorrência... Não voltarei mais nessa rede de lojas, assim como não indicarei mais pra ninguém.

I am also a merchant, and I have never canceled a customer unhappy with my service. On the contrary, I make it a point to offer the best so that I can remain a customer and indicate my trade.
For this reason there is competition ... I will not be returning to this chain of stores, nor will I recommend anyone else.
