Visitei 2 lojas para troca de mercadorias, nesta em questao, fui recebida com sorriso e simpatia por dois rapazes que foram simpáticos e prestativos, mesmo sendo apenas uma troca. Infelizmente, na mesma rua, em uma loja de bolsas caras(que com toda certeza a compradora da bolsa que fui trocar foi bem recebida), na hora da troca, me recebeu com um sorriso amarelo e uma falta de simpatia absurda. A região da Praia do Canto e muitas outras regioes consideradas nobres, precisam entender duas coisas: A primeira delas é que independente da classe social, todos gostam de ser bem atendidos, e, um cliente que é bem tratado em uma troca, ele pode ser fidelizado e levar outros clientes, da mesma forma, que um cliente mal recebido, além de não voltar, nao indica a loja. Em resumo meninos: Obrigada pela excelencia do atendimento, Deus abencoe a vida de vocês e as vendas na loja!???
