Na segunda vez, dois dias após o natal e com a loja já vazia, fui mal atendida e ao questionar sobre os Loccipontos - programa de fidelidade da Loccitane - que não caíram em minha conta, a atendente disse rudemente, já tirando o uniforme para sair da escala, que não podia fazer nada por mim (comprei um creme para complementar o kit no valor de sessenta reais). Não sei o que aconteceu, mas acho relevante deixar esse comentário: quer comprar algo pequeno? Site.
I made two different physical purchases. At first I was very well attended even with the store full because of Christmas (I bought a kit worth two hundred reais). The second time, two days after Christmas and with the store already empty, I was poorly attended and when questioning about Loccipontos - Loccitane's loyalty program - that didn't fall on my account, the attendant said rudely, already taking off her uniform to go out the scale, which could not do anything for me (I bought a cream to complement the kit worth sixty reais). I don't know what happened, but I think it's relevant to leave this comment: do you want to buy something small? Site.
