★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, entrei em contato para fazer uma coleta para minha loja, não dão satisfação, quando procuramos eles dão prazo de qualquer jeito, ficam enrolando datas, sem contar a ignorância da atendente, falta muito treinamento e logística, infelizmente é a única empresa na minha cidade, a gente tenta da preferência para as empresas da nossa cidade porém não valorizam você... Já faz uma semana que estão me enrolando.
Não aguento mais ter que falar lá e receber um péssimo atendimento.
Não contrato mais, não recomendo.
E torço para que outra empresa de fora tome conta das entregas para os comerciantes da cidade.
Bad service, I got in touch to make a collection for my store, they do not give satisfaction, when we look they give a deadline anyway, they keep rolling dates, not to mention the attendant's ignorance, there is a lot of training and logistics, unfortunately it is the only company in the my city, we try to prefer companies in our city but they don't value you... It's been a week that they've been trying to stop me.
I can't stand having to talk there anymore and receive bad service.
I don't contract anymore, I don't recommend.
And I'm hoping that another outside company will take care of the deliveries for the city's merchants.
