★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O corte ficou bom, mas o cabeleireiro me machucou várias vezes com o aparador elétrico (na orelha) e depois ainda me cortou com a navalha na nuca. Eu reclamei na hora da picada, ele pediu desculpas, mas continuou passando, e depois ainda ficou esfregando o aparador por cima. Eu achei que tinha sido apenas a picada, e não que tinha realmente cortado. Ele não tinha me avisado que machucou. E ele também tinha machucado o dedo dele com a navalha, e queria continuar passando ela, apenas trocando a lâmina. Eu pedi para parar por ali, que para mim “já estava bom”. Fui descobrir só no final, quando ele trouxe o espelho que o meu pescoço estava machucado. Era dever dele ter me avisado o que estava acontecendo.
Não tive coragem de reclamar na hora porque ele era super simpático, mas esse tipo de coisa não pode passar sem qualquer tipo de manifestação. Infelizmente, tenho que me manifestar por aqui, mas espero que isso seja uma crítica construtiva: instruam melhor seus funcionários, porque o que aconteceu hoje, da forma como aconteceu, foi um absurdo. Eles precisam de treinamento melhor!
The cut was good, but the hairdresser hurt me several times with the electric trimmer (on the ear) and then he cut me with the razor on the back of the neck. I complained at the time of the bite, he apologized, but kept going, and then he was still rubbing the sideboard over it. I thought it was just the sting, not that it really cut. He hadn't warned me that it hurt. And he had also hurt his finger with the razor, and he wanted to keep passing it, just changing the blade. I asked to stop there, which for me "was already good". I found out only at the end, when he brought the mirror that my neck was hurt. It was his duty to let me know what was going on.
I didn't have the courage to complain at the time because he was super nice, but that kind of thing cannot go without any kind of manifestation. Unfortunately, I have to speak out here, but I hope this is a constructive criticism: better educate your employees, because what happened today, as it happened, was absurd. They need better training!
