★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um fogão nesse lugar, 1 mês depois do fim da garantia houve um vazamento de gás na parte traseira do fogão que causou uma pequena explosão e incêndio. Voltei lá pra conversar com o cara e a pessoa que me atendeu foi muito arrogante. Eu só queria que ele avaliasse os restos do fogão pra dizer se podia comprar a sucata ou não. Nem isso ele quis fazer. Disse que ia, mas nos dois dias que fiquei esperando, ele não apareceu e sempre foi muito arrogante ao atender o telefone. Péssimo atendimento quando acontece algo negativo com seus produtos.
I bought a stove in that place, 1 month after the end of the warranty there was a gas leak in the back of the stove that caused a small explosion and fire. I went back there to talk to the guy and the person who attended me was very arrogant. I just wanted him to evaluate the remains of the stove to say if he could buy the scrap or not. He didn't even want to do that. He said he was going, but in the two days I was waiting, he didn't show up and was always very arrogant when he answered the phone. Bad service when something negative happens with your products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, eu ia comprar um armário multiuso, onde o vendedor disse que era 250,00, quando voltei para pagar ele disse que era 400,00 e que eu tava ficando doida, pois ele nunca tinha dito, sendo que eu tenho testemunha. Simplesmente não volto jamais, não recomendo.
Lousy service, I was going to buy a multipurpose cabinet, where the seller said it was 250.00, when I came back to pay he said it was 400.00 and that I was going crazy, as he never said, since I have a witness. I just never come back, I don't recommend it.
