Ganhei uma torta de aniversário comprada na La Baguette e quando a cortei para comer percebi que se tratava de um bolo seco, sem gosto e com pouco recheio.
Fiquei decepcionada pois por fora parecia uma torta.
Me dirige então a delicatessen e ao conversar com a proprietária a mesma me falou que todas as tortas de lá seguem o mesmo padrão, e que são bolos com recheio de torta.
Eu não satisfeita com o que ela me falou pedi que me desse uma torta mesmo e ela não aceitou e nem quis devolver o valor pago.
Falei que publicaria aqui e ela falou que não tinha medo.
Então estou aqui para alertá-los para que não comprem gato por lebre, ou melhor bolo por torta e para que esses empresários(as) tenham mais respeito com os consumidores.
I am here to inform you what happened to me on 6/11/2018.
I got a birthday cake bought at La Baguette and when I cut it to eat I realized it was a dry cake, tasteless and with little filling.
I was disappointed because on the outside it looked like a pie.
Then she directs me to the delicatessen and when talking to the owner she told me that all the pies there follow the same pattern, and that they are cakes with pie filling.
I was not satisfied with what she told me I asked her to give me a pie and she neither accepted nor wanted to return the amount paid.
I said I would post here and she said she wasn't afraid.
So I'm here to warn you not to buy cat in a poke, or better cake by pie and so that these entrepreneurs (as) have more respect with consumers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou decepcionada com a qualidade do pãozinho. Parece pão de padaria. Meu Natal não merece isso. Grosseiro, sem sabor e aparentemente horrível. Não merece nem uma estrela. Se você deseja pãozinho de qualidade NÃO PEGUE MAIS NA LABAGUETE!!! E ainda estou ligando e ninguém atente. Eles só querem dinheiro. Com certeza terceirizaram o serviço.
I am disappointed with the quality of the bread. It looks like bakery bread. My Christmas doesn't deserve this. Coarse, tasteless and apparently horrible. You don't even deserve a star. If you want quality bread DO NOT GET MORE IN THE LABAGUET !!! And I'm still calling and nobody's watching. They just want money. They certainly outsourced the service.
