★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um agendamento para unha de fibra de vidro às 10hs da manhã de hoje. Cheguei ao salão com antecedência, me identifiquei e sentei para aguardar. Deu meu horário e ng me atendeu ou me avisou que haveria atraso. Mas EDUCADAMENTE aguardei. Por volta de 10:30, uma funcionária perguntou a outra se a cliente das 10hs já havia chegado e eu ouvi falarem meu nome. Então entre elas disseram que tinham que me avisar que iria atrasar(Como assim?!?! Mais???). Me levantei e fui até o balcão onde a recepcionista perguntou a manicure se ela TERIA TEMPO para me atender, já que eu informei que precisaria sair do salão às 12hs para trabalhar. A manicure disse que não daria tempo e a recepcionista perguntou se eu queria REMARCAR. É um atendimento péssimo, um salão com aparência de calabouço (pequeno e apertado) que eu não recomendaria pra minha pior inimiga. Total falta de compromisso e respeito com o cliente.
I made an appointment for a fiberglass nail at 10am today. I arrived at the salon in advance, identified myself and sat down to wait. He gave me my schedule and no one answered or warned me that there would be a delay. But I EDUCATELY waited. At around 10:30, an employee asked another if the 10am client had arrived and I heard my name spoken. Then among them they said they had to let me know that I was going to be late (What do you mean?!?! More ???). I got up and went to the counter where the receptionist asked the manicurist if she WOULD HAVE TIME to attend to me, since I informed her that I would need to leave the salon at 12 o'clock to work. The manicurist said there would be no time and the receptionist asked if I wanted to REMARK. It's a terrible service, a dungeon-like salon (small and cramped) that I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Total lack of commitment and respect for the customer.
