★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive duas experiências ruins nesse lugar. No primeiro dia pedimos duas pizzas, que demoraram mais de 1h pra chegar e ainda vieram com sabores trocados, tudo muito desorganizado. Hoje viemos outra vez para dar outra chance, talvez tivesse sido um dia ruim pra eles no dia da pizza, mas pedimos açaí na taça e novamente a demora foi tremenda e ao invés de vir na taça, trouxeram nossos açaís em copos. O açaí estava bom, mas a desorganização e falta de atenção dos garçons deixaram a experiência no restaurante bem desagradável.
 I had two bad experiences in this place. On the first day we ordered two pizzas, which took more than 1h to arrive and still came with flavors changed, all very disorganized. Today we came again to give another chance, maybe it was a bad day for them on pizza day, but we asked for acai in the cup and again the delay was tremendous and instead of coming in the cup, they brought our açaí in glasses. The acai was good but the clutter and lack of attention from the waiters left the experience in the restaurant quite unpleasant.

Fizemos o pedido de uma pizza, o garçom disse que demoraria cerca de 30 a 40 minutos para ficar pronta, após mais de 1h esperando, perguntamos se o pedido ia demorar, falaram que teríamos que aguardar mais 1h. Pedimos para cancelar o pedido e simplesmente disseram "ok". O atendimento foi (ou é) péssimo.
Despite the other negative reviews, we decided to go there, but what a regret for not paying more attention ...
We ordered a pizza, the waiter said it would take about 30 to 40 minutes to get ready, after more than 1h waiting, we asked if the order would take, they said we would have to wait another 1h. We asked to cancel the order and simply said "ok". The service was (or is) terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As pizzas demoraram quase 2h para ficarem prontas. Toda hora tínhamos que lembrar os atendentes para pegarem as bebidas pedidas. Perguntávamos o tempo que falta para a pizza ficar pronta e toda hora falavam que iriam ver ou que já estavam saindo. Quando chegamos não estava cheio, o que não justifica a demora. Nunca havia esperado tanto tempo em um restaurante para conseguir comer, quando elas chegaram a fome já havia passado. Talvez só uma pizza maravilhosa fizesse compensar o tempo esperado, mas não foi o que aconteceu. Se as companhias não fossem boas teria levantado e ido embora na primeira hora, talvez nem dariam falta da gente já que o atendimento foi péssimo.
The pizzas took almost 2 hours to be ready. Every hour we had to remind the attendants to get the drinks ordered. We asked how much time was left for the pizza to be ready and all the time they said they would see it or that they were already leaving. When we arrived it was not full, which does not justify the delay. I had never waited so long in a restaurant before I could eat, when the hunger was over. Maybe just a wonderful pizza would make up for the expected time, but it didn't. If the companies were not good, I would have gotten up and left in the first hour, maybe they wouldn't even miss us since the service was terrible.
