★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira vista um local muito bonito. Local Grande, parecia excelente para andar, um lugar que seria ótimo para entrar e fazer compras. Mas so se for como ou com uma pessoa normal, que seja uma pessoa sem deficiência física ou com mobilidade reduzida, mas.......
Mas infelizmente esse estabelecimento não se importa com pessoa PcD ou PNE "Portador com Deficiência / Portador de Necessidade Especial" !
Em uma visita hoje 26/10/21 estava acompanhado de uma pessoa que tem deficiência física e precisamos de uma cadeira de rodas para locomoção dentro do estabelecimento e realizar compras no local. E um funcionário não soube me responder se tinha, perguntei a mais 2 funcionários que encontrei. A mesma resposta "Não sabiam se tinha". Fui até o caixa e a responsável que estava no local informou que não tinha o que precisávamos. Infelizmente um enorme descaso e falta de respeito com uma pessoa deficiente! Uma simples cadeira de rodas que encontramos em outros locais, ali bem próximo, nessa mesma rodovia "Rod. Pref. Azin Lian" e fizemos nossas compras.
É muito triste ver que ainda temos locais como esse que não se atente as pessoas portadoras de deficiência física ou com mobilidade reduzida. Infelizmente Presenciamos hoje! Sentimos muito que vocês não seguem alguns princípios básicos que ajude um PNE. Será que é falta de informação da parte da gerência/proprietário ou um descaso (pois encontraramos em outros locais) ?
At first sight a very beautiful place. Great location, looked great for walking, a place that would be great to go in and shop. But only if you are like or with a normal person, who is a person without physical disability or with reduced mobility, but.......
But unfortunately this establishment doesn't care about PwD or PNE person "handicapped / handicapped person" !
On a visit today 10/26/21 I was accompanied by a person who has a physical disability and we need a wheelchair to move around inside the establishment and shop on the spot. And an employee could not answer me if he had, I asked 2 more employees that I found. The same answer "They didn't know if I had it". I went to the cashier and the person in charge who was on the spot informed her that she didn't have what we needed. Unfortunately, a huge disregard and lack of respect for a disabled person! A simple wheelchair that we found in other places, very nearby, on this same highway "Rod. Pref. Azin Lian" and we did our shopping.
It is very sad to see that we still have places like this that do not pay attention to people with physical disabilities or people with reduced mobility. Unfortunately we witnessed it today! We're sorry that you don't follow some basic principles that would help a PNE. Is it a lack of information on the part of the management/owner or a negligence (as we find it elsewhere)?
