Excellent pharmacy of manipulation and also in the sale of products for skin. I always make the formulas for my mom there. Fair prices and the service provided by Nilda and the other girls is excellent. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro na La Belle Farma há algum tempo e recebi no WhatsApp uma suposta promoção para comemorar os 7 anos da empresa, a promoção era de 20%. Eu havia pedido a 4 meses atrás uma fórmula e queria repetir a fórmula, quando mandei msg pedindo novamente a fórmula eles me mandaram um novo orçamento com o preço exatamente 20% a mais!!! Quando questionei o aumento significativo, a pessoa me respondeu “teve aumento”. (Desse jeito!)
Então mandei essa msg:
“Nossa, houve aumento de exatos 20% em quatro meses???
Primeiro que são os exatos 20% de aumento, coincidentemente , pelo visto e segundo que um aumento disso tudo em 4 meses?? ?
Vcs me desculpem, mas pra mim, não há nada que aparente mais àquela má fé clássica de aumentar o preço e fingir que está com desconto. ??♀️ Que pena!
Sei que pelo tanto que vcs estão vendendo, serei só uma pessoa causando um pequeno inconveniente, mas compro com vcs há anos e fiquei decepcionada.”
Responderam-me com bastante educação, o que ameniza e muito minha insatisfação. Claro, desgostei como um todo, mas a boa e profissional postura para tentar amenizar minha decepção foi bacana e merece reconhecimento. Por isso aumentei a nota.
I bought at La Belle Farma some time ago and I received on WhatsApp a supposed promotion to celebrate the company's 7 years, the promotion was 20%. I had asked for a formula 4 months ago and wanted to repeat the formula, when I sent a message asking for the formula again they sent me a new quote with the price exactly 20% more !!! When I questioned the significant increase, the person replied “there was an increase”. (Like this!)
So I sent this message:
“Wow, was there an increase of exactly 20% in four months ???
Firstly, the exact 20% increase, coincidentally, apparently, and secondly, an increase of all this in 4 months ?? ?
You guys are sorry, but for me, there is nothing that seems more to that classic bad faith of raising the price and pretending it is discounted. Pena?♀️ What a pity!
I know that as much as you are selling, I will be just one person causing a little inconvenience, but I have been buying with you for years and I was disappointed. ”
They answered me with a lot of politeness, which alleviates and much my dissatisfaction. Sure, I disliked it as a whole, but the good and professional attitude to try to alleviate my disappointment was nice and deserves recognition. So I raised the note.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pudesse não dava nenhuma estrela, não tem nenhum respeito e compromisso com o cliente. Fechei um pedido com eles e paguei 25,00 pra entregar, não entregaram na data combinada que era ontem (18/03), quando questionei, falaram que estavam tentando falar com o motoqueiro, depois simplesmente pararam de responder. Hoje quando mandei mensagem, novamente fui ignorada (e sempre estão online, ignoraram mesmo), após continuar sem resposta, liguei e falaram que iam verificar com o setor responsável e quando me retornaram (após eu cobrar novamente), simplesmente me mandaram um código de rastreio do correio que só chegará na segunda, sem explicação, sem pedido de desculpas, só mandaram o código e pararam de responder novamente. O
combinado era o motoqueiro entregar e além de não cumprir o prazo, mudam a entrega sem dar satisfação pro cliente, e um tratamento que já era pra eu ter começado, vou ter que esperar até segunda feira. Pensem bem antes de comprar nessa farmácia, pois não valorizam e nem respeitam o cliente, parece até que nem precisam, pelo descaso deles.
If I could, I wouldn't give any stars, they have no respect and commitment to the customer. I closed an order with them and paid 25.00 to deliver, they didn't deliver on the agreed date that was yesterday (18/03), when I asked, they said they were trying to talk to the biker, then they simply stopped responding. Today when I sent a message, I was ignored again (and they are always online, they really ignored it), after still no answer, I called and they said they would check with the responsible department and when they returned to me (after I charged again), they simply sent me a tracking the mail that will only arrive on Monday, no explanation, no apology, they just sent the code and stopped responding again. O
It was agreed for the biker to deliver and in addition to not meeting the deadline, they change the delivery without giving satisfaction to the customer, and a treatment that I was supposed to have started, I will have to wait until Monday. Think carefully before buying at this pharmacy, because they don't value or respect the customer, it seems that they don't even need it, due to their neglect.
