★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já indiquei muito, já fiz muito serviço. Mas a partir de hoje, não indico para ninguém. Agendei um horário hoje, (29/03), as 17:30h para progressiva. Trabalho na Cidade Administrativa e me desloquei, até lá. No caminho, ainda mandei mensagem perguntando o tempo de tolerância, visto que o deslocamento é longo e ainda está tendo greve do metrô. Fui informada que, era 15min de tolerância. Cheguei no salão, as 17:48 e fui informada pela proprietária que, não poderia me atender e que, o último horário é às 17h. Fiz papel de palhaça. Uma vez que, perdi meu tempo, dinheiro no deslocamento por erro de algum funcionário. Se um dia, eu indiquei o salão, me perdoe. Mas não indico para mais ninguém.
Comentários da resposta : se olhar no seu histórico, todos as últimas vezes em que houve agendamento por minha parte, foram após as 17:30h. Nunca foi as 17h. E realmente estamos em meio uma greve de metrô. Porém, a tolerância de 15nin, se encerrava as 17:45h. Como você mesmo disse, cheguei às 17:50h. 5 MINUTOS APÓS. Não havia tanta diferença em começar o atendimento. Se houve falta de empatia não foi da minha parte.
I've already indicated a lot, I've done a lot of service. But as of today, I won't recommend it to anyone. I scheduled an appointment today, (29/03), at 17:30 pm for progressive. I work in the Administrative City and I moved there. On the way, I still sent a message asking for the tolerance time, since the displacement is long and there is still a subway strike. I was informed that it was a 15min grace period. I arrived at the salon at 5:48 pm and was informed by the owner that she could not attend to me and that the last time is at 5 pm. I played the role of a clown. Once, I lost my time, money in the displacement by mistake of some employee. If one day I indicated the salon, forgive me. But I don't recommend it to anyone else.
Response comments: if you look at your history, all the last times I had an appointment were after 5:30 pm. It was never 5pm. And we really are in the middle of a subway strike. However, the tolerance of 15nin ended at 17:45h. As you said, I arrived at 5:50 pm. 5 MINUTES AFTER. There wasn't that much difference in starting the service. If there was a lack of empathy, it wasn't on my part.

A escova não faz o meu estilo. O secador é muito forte. Mas eu poderia ter falado que preferia que secassem mais natural, o efeito mega liso não me agrada. Até porque já tenho o cabelo liso.
