★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A batata frita estava excelente, mas o burguer foi um pouco sem graça (talvez por falta de sal). O ambiente é legal, mas vá sabendo que o som é alto. No geral o lugar é bacana, merece uma segunda visita.

The fries were excellent, but the burger was a little bland (maybe for lack of salt). The atmosphere is cool, but know that the sound is loud. Overall the place is nice, it deserves a second visit.
UPDATE - I'm back. Amazing service, great music and perfect burger (X-Bacon Ranch). Changing the Review to 5 Stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui conhecer esse lugar tão famoso pelo seu "mal atendimento" e me surpreendeu com comidas maravilhosas e um atendimento excepcional. Fui de entranha bovina (fraldinha) e batatas fritas com ovo. Tudo muito gostoso, bem temperado e fresco. Os preços são um pouco salgados mas vale pela qualidade.
I went to know this place so famous for its "poor service" and it surprised me with wonderful food and exceptional service. I went with beef entrails (flank steak) and fries with egg. Everything was delicious, well seasoned and fresh. Prices are a little steep but worth it for the quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência maravilhosa, todas as porções estavam fantásticas. Atendimento atencioso, e mesmo quando não sabiam alguma coisa retornavam com alguém mais experiente para explicar. Pedimos o sanduíche de kibe cru, que estava maravilhoso e depois optamos por escolher os cortes do açougue para fazer na hora. (Funciona assim: você paga a carne por kg e tem mais uma taxa de preparo, que envolve mais do que simplesmente assar).
Comemos um Denver, um matambrito e um corte chamado entraña.
Todos eles servidos de acordo com a sugestão do chef.. o Denver com molho de Ostra, o Matambrito com queijo e chimichurri e a Entraña com salsa picante.
MEU DEUS!! QUE DELÍCIA!
Os vinhos são bons e os preços não são inflacionados como de praxe.
O chopp artesanal que a casa trabalha é o coyote e ele cumpre sua função com maestria. Tem o Lager e o IPA, mas não experimentamos o IPA.
O ponto da carne não é negociável! E nesse caso faz sentido, pois todas vieram perfeitas!!
Houve um pequeno erro na conta, em relação ao valor do vinho que tomamos que foi prontamente resolvido, demonstrando honestidade por parte da casa.
Quero voltar para SP só para ir lá novamente!
Wonderful experience, all portions were fantastic. Attentive service, and even when they didn't know something, they returned with someone more experienced to explain. We ordered the raw kibbeh sandwich, which was wonderful and then we chose to choose the cuts from the butcher to make fresh. (This is how it works: you pay for the meat per kg and there is one more preparation fee, which involves more than just roasting).
We ate a Denver, a matambrito and a cut called entraña.
All of them served according to the chef's suggestion. Denver with oyster sauce, Matambrito with cheese and chimichurri and Entraña with spicy salsa.
MY GOD!! DELICIOUS!
The wines are good and prices are not inflated as usual.
The artisanal draft beer that the house works is coyote and it fulfills its function with mastery. There's Lager and IPA, but we haven't tried IPA.
Meat spot is non-negotiable! And in this case it makes sense, because they all came perfect!!
There was a small error in the bill, regarding the value of the wine we drink, which was promptly resolved, demonstrating honesty on the part of the house.
I want to go back to SP just to go there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provei a melhor empanada de carne (R$20) que já comi no Brasil na La Borratxeria. Ela é assada no forno a lenha e finalizada na hora de servir direto na parrilla. Eles servem uma de polvo (R$24) que também é deliciosa. O ambiente é muito bonito, só o atendimento podia ser mais gentil. Não pretendo voltar depois do que passei com o atendimento.
I tasted the best meat empanada (R$20) I've ever had in Brazil at La Borratxeria. It is roasted in a wood-fired oven and finished when serving directly in the parrilla. They serve an octopus (R$24) which is also delicious. The atmosphere is very nice, only the service could be nicer. I don't plan on going back after what I went through with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good place. Good fries. The burgers are decent. I know quite a few people that won't go back because they only serve hamburgers with practically raw meat (mine was cold in the middle.) If they offered the option to cook the clients meat just a little longer, they would be super busy with clients. But unfortunately, it appears that they prefer to serve their ego rather than clients desires, which is too bad. If they looked to give people what they really wanted, I believe they could be one of the better restaurants in Vila Olimpia.
