★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei do hamburguer, mas a demora é gritante, o atendimento é muito confuso e parece faltar um gerente dando direcionamento para os atendentes, sem contar que acredito que estejam em número insuficiente. Voltarei e caso melhore, mudo minha nota. Até então, as 3 estrelas foram pelo hamburguer e pelos amigos q também gostaram.
I liked the hamburger, but the delay is blatant, the service is very confusing and there seems to be a lack of a manager giving directions to the attendants, not to mention that I believe they are in insufficient number. I'll come back and if it gets better, I'll change my grade. Until then, the 3 stars were for the hamburger and friends who also liked it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, local está totalmente desorganizado sem sequência nos pedidos uma hora e meia de espera na mesa depois de uma hora para entrar , até o tempo devido o dia seria justificável, porém após pedir 5 lanches 5 cocas e 5 batata , chegou 2 lanche uma batata e depois de solicitar 3 vezes chegou 1 refrigerante.
Mesa sem guardanapo , enfim show de terror ,sem previsão para chegar os outros lanches levantamos pagamos o consumido e fomos embora COM FOME depois de duas horas e meia perdida.
Estou dando 2 estrelas porque o local.e super agradável e o lanche é muito bom , mas precisa melhorar muuuuuuito o atendimento.
Terrible, place is totally disorganized without ordering sequence an hour and a half of waiting at the table after an hour to get in, even the time due for the day would be justifiable, however after ordering 5 snacks 5 cokes and 5 potatoes, 2 snacks arrived a potato and after asking 3 times 1 soda arrived.
Table without napkin, finally a horror show, with no forecast for the other snacks to arrive, we got up, paid for what was consumed and left HUNGRY after two and a half hours lost.
I'm giving it 2 stars because the place is super nice and the snack is very good, but the service needs to improve a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu era a terceira cliente da noite, não havia cardápio disponível, precisei aguardar a outra mesa desocupar do cardápio para poder utilizar. Demorou em torno de 50min para os 2 lanches ficarem prontos, porém a entrada solicitada (palito de queijo) não veio. Após perguntar à garçonete (que estaria o tempo interior no celular) sobre a demora da entrada, mesmo já terminando de comer o lanche, a mesma me informa que a cozinha não conseguiria preparar o pedido devido a algum problema do queijo em específico.
Hambúrguer veio na temperatura muito boa (quente), porém com sabor muito forte de manteiga.
Não retornaria ao estabelecimento e não pediria o lanche via delivery.
I was the third customer of the night, there was no menu available, I had to wait for the other table to vacate the menu to be able to use it. It took around 50min for the 2 snacks to be ready, but the entree requested (cheese stick) did not come. After asking the waitress (who would be on her cell phone for the entire time) about the delay in getting in, even though she had already finished eating the snack, she informs me that the kitchen would not be able to prepare the order due to a specific cheese problem.
Burger came at a very good temperature (hot), but with a very strong butter flavor.
I would not return to the establishment and would not order the snack via delivery.

Cozy environment, you are already at ease from the service! Weather and lighting are perfect for a couple out! We were attended by Carlos, who received us very well, very polite and helpful!!! And the hamburger?! AMAZING.

O trio de empanados também é uma delícia, ideal para comer em grupo. A primeira impressão é a que fica e na minha primeira visita ao local simplesmente não encontrei defeitos! Recomendo a todos.
The place is super cozy and pleasant and the service is fast and efficient. Highlight for the caprese hamburger, in which the super ingredients match each other! The trio de empanados is also a delight, ideal for eating in a group. The first impression is the one that remains and on my first visit to the place I just couldn't find fault! I recommend it to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente da hamburgueria é bem acolhedor com mesas e poltronas confortáveis. Todos os atendentes foram muito atenciosos com os clientes. No cardápio, além de hambúrguer você tem a opção de tábuas de petiscos e combos com batata e refrigerante. O hambúrguer tem uma carne bem suculenta e temperada. Super recomendo!
The atmosphere of the hamburger is very cozy with comfortable tables and armchairs. All the attendants were very attentive to the customers.
