★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hambúrguer bem montado, saboroso. Porém, em um dos lanches não tinha cebola no cardápio, ao comer tinha bastante e os pontos estavam errados, o bem passado estava ao ponto e o ao ponto estava quase bem passado .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hamburguer é bom, mas o pedido veio faltando as coisas e o motoboy teve que voltar 2x. Desanima, pois você já tem que esperar 1h o lanche. Uma dica é que verifiquem bem o pedido antes de sair para a entrega, no mínimo.
The burger is good, but the order came missing and the motoboy had to go back 2x. Discourage, because you already have to wait 1h snack. One tip is to check the order well before leaving for delivery at a minimum.

Na data de ontem pedi um X tudo, um Black Wayne e uma porção mista com adicional de queijo ralado e cheddar que estava escrito como 300g de batata + 300g de onion rings como mostra a foto. O lanche chegou, dentro do prazo porém não exista a possibilidade de ter 300gr de batata e 300gr de onion rings. Liguei pra lá reclamando, o atendente pediu pra mandar foto por whatsapp e explicou que estava errado a descrição do anuncio, e me enviou a foto do cardapio onde dizia que era 200gr de batata mais 6 unidades de onion rings + cheddar e queijo por 16,50, ou seja paguei ainda adicionais que não precisariam ser pagos. Me pediu desculpas, desejou boa noite e deu tchau. Confesso que achei o preço barato, e justamente por conta disso fiz a compra, do contrário teria pedido somente os hambúrgueres. Eu como dono de estabelecimento comercial teria entubado o prejuízo e atendimento o que foi prometido no anuncio, como já fiz diversas e diversas vezes em mais de 5 anos vendendo perfumes, mas quem sou eu né? Engraçado é a total falta de interesse em resolver o problema, Infelizmente, foi a primeira e última compra. Seguem as fotos dos lanches, e conversas. E fica aqui a dica, atendam o cliente pra ele voltar sempre e não só um vez, minha namorada gostou muito do lanche, porém infelizmente decepcionou demais na execução.

I called there complaining, the attendant asked to send a photo by whatsapp and explained that the description of the ad was wrong, and sent me the photo of the menu where it said it was 200gr of potato plus 6 units of onion rings + cheddar and cheese by 16, 50, that is to say I paid additional ones that would not need to be paid. I as a business owner would have intubated the damage and service that was promised in the ad, as I have done several times in over 5 years selling perfumes, but who am I right?
