★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu já fiz 4 pedidos na pizzaria delas os 4 pedidos tiveram erro. Uma vez veio o sabor completamente errado, duas vezes o refrigerante esquecido e outra vez a caixa veio toda amassada fazendo o recheio grudar na tampa. Péssima qualidade e ainda insisti nunca mais, atendente péssima sem atenção, e vale ressaltar ainda que depois do primeiro erro eu avisei a atendente dos erros anteriores e que era pra ter um pouco mais de atenção quanto ao pedido mas nada adiantou... Não recomendo é péssimo.
 I already made 4 orders in their pizzeria the 4 orders had an error. Once the completely wrong flavor came, twice the forgotten soda, and again the box came all crumpled making the filling stick to the lid. Poor quality and I never insisted again, lousy attendant without attention, and it is worth mentioning that after the first mistake I warned the attendant of previous mistakes and that I should pay a little more attention to the order but nothing worked ... I do not recommend it sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza é boa, suculenta com massa fina, mas não vale a pena pedir pizza neste estabelecimento. Não são profissionais. Demoram demais para entregar, cerca de duas ou três horas. Não adianta abrir reclamação no iFood, eles não respondem e também não atendem o telefone. Falta de respeito com o cliente.
The pizza is good, succulent with thin crust, but it's not worth ordering pizza at this establishment. They are not professionals. They take too long to deliver, about two or three hours. There is no point in filing a complaint on iFood, they do not answer and also do not answer the phone. Lack of respect for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na primeira vez que realizei um pedido esperei por mais de 50 minutos, no momento em que o motoqueiro foi retirar a mercadoria o pedido e o estabelecimento encerrou o expediente.
Hoje novamente foi tratada com desprezo, o pedido foi solicitado as 21:00 com a promessa de entrega até 22:05, entretanto o pedido chegou as 22:30.
Pizza fria e além de ter esperado 1 hora e meia a pizzaria jogou a culpa para o motoqueiro e pra uber.
Detestei a experiência e não recomendo está pizzaria a ninguém.
The first time I placed an order I waited for more than 50 minutes, at the moment when the biker went to take the goods out of the order and the store closed the day.
Today again it was treated with contempt, the order was requested at 21:00 with the promise of delivery until 22:05, however the order arrived at 22:30.
Cold pizza and besides having waited 1 hour and a half the pizzeria blamed the biker and uber.
I hated the experience and would not recommend this pizzeria to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Erraram meu pedido 1 vez, na segunda esqueceram o refrigerante e depois erraram mais 2 vezes. Atendimento muito ruim pelo WhatsApp, não dão nenhum suporte direito e não sabem como tratar um cliente.
Bad experience! They got my order wrong 1 time, the second time they forgot the soda and then they got it wrong 2 more times. Very bad service by WhatsApp, they don't give any support right and they don't know how to treat a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei se dei sorte. Pedi uma pizza pelo uberhits. A massa é fofinha, não veio queimada, bem saborosa, bem recheada, chegou quente pelando na minha casa. Porque dei 3 estrelas? Levou mais de 2 horas para entregar uma pizza que tinha que chegar entre 30 a 50 minutos no máximo. Sem contar que o pobre do entregador ficou mais de 1 hora esperando a pizza ficar pronta, para ganhar 5,45. Uma falta de respeito entre ambas as partes. Então senhores melhorem o atendimento de vcs que isso conta muito numa avalição.
I don't know if I was lucky. I ordered a pizza at uberhits. The dough is fluffy, it didn't come burnt, it was tasty, it was stuffed, it arrived hot at my house. Why did I give 3 stars? It took more than 2 hours to deliver a pizza that had to arrive between 30 to 50 minutes at most. Not to mention that the poor delivery guy spent more than 1 hour waiting for the pizza to be ready, to earn 5.45. A lack of respect between both parties. So gentlemen, improve your service as this counts for a lot in an evaluation.
