★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequentávamos quando era a Casa da Pizza e adorávamos o local. No La Chapa, alguns lanches são gostosos. Mas, no aspecto físico deixa a desejar. Começaram a reforma e não terminaram. O banheiro feminino fica muito quente, com parede quente, por estar grudado ao fogão. O atendimento ao cliente poderia ser melhor também. A gente percebe muita conversa entre funcionários e falta atenção ao cliente. Já conhecia do outro endereço e sei que o forte é a entrega e o lanche pra viagem, mas pra comer lá falta o aconchego.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo não anotaram meu número corretamente, o entregador veio em casa não businou e nem apertou a campanhia, liguei reclamando a 1 vez eles falaram o número errado e que ele estava retornando , desde então fiquei do lado de fora por 20 minutos , como ele não retonou liguei novamente já decidido cancelar o pedido quando a atendente disse q ele voltou e ninguém o atendeu , além de imcopetentes são mentirosos . Não sei o q aconteceu pq sempre acostumei comprar e nunca tive problema mas depois desse ocorrido nunca mais compro ou indico . Perdeu um cliente e o q depender de mim perderá os q indico ou indiquei .
