Ao entrar no estabelecimento, perguntei se tinha cappuccino e confirmaram que sim. Logo após isso, solicitei um. Entretanto aparentemente falei com as paredes pois ninguém atendeu. Esperei por uns minutinhos, já esperando os atendentes terminarem de atender outros clientes. Depois fiz novamente o pedido e nada. Meu esposo chegou depois de mim e foi atendido logo, e olhe que estou gestante. Não gostei e não volto mais. Péssimo atendimento.

Upon entering the establishment, I asked if I had cappuccino and confirmed yes. Right after that, I requested one. However apparently I spoke to the walls because no one answered. I waited for a few minutes, already waiting for the attendants to finish serving other customers. Then I made the request again and nothing. My husband came after me and was attended to right away, and look I'm pregnant. I didn't like it and won't be back anymore. Terrible attendance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sobremesas deliciosas, porém o atendimento deveria ser otimizado, o lugar dispõe de 3 colaboradores mas os 3 fazem várias tarefa ao mesmo tempo, isso acaba fazendo com que o cliente espere um pouco mais do que o necessário. No mais, tudo muito gostoso com preços bem em conta

The chocolates I ate were very good in flavor but the photos of the company's advertisement are very different from the ones we received. Simply put: it comes much less than what is shown in the photos...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Café com cobertura de chantilly e canela que eu tomei aqui foi um dos melhores que já provei! Sou cliente já há algum tempo, já provei do fondue, do espetinho de fruta, do sorvete com calda. É muito bom, vale a pena demais!
The whipped cream and cinnamon I had here was one of the best I've ever tasted! I have been a customer for some time, I have tasted the fondue, the fruit skewer, the ice cream with gravy. It's very good, it's worth it!

Whenever I go to Canoa Quebrada, I have to stop by for this ice cream with a warm, bittersweet chocolate cake, so delicious! Great location too.
