★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mudei minha avaliação drasticamente devido ao não retorno de informações que solicitei e ao tratamento desprezível que me deram. Não atendiam telefone e quando consegui, ouvi coisas como: "o atendente vai retornar ao senhor" e não retornava. Ou: "esse caso só é com fulana" e cadê fulana? "Tá doente. É só com ela". Ou seja, zero de consideração com o cliente.
 I changed my assessment dramatically due to the non-return of information I requested and the negligible treatment they gave me. They didn't answer the phone and when I did, I heard things like: "the attendant is going to return to you" and did not return. Or: "this case is only with so-and-so" and where is so-and-so? "You're sick. It's just her". That is, zero consideration for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São raros os bons atendimentos, serviços e qualidades. Hoje o atendimento dia bom. A execução não apresenta melhoras na rotina. Mas ao menos hoje, fui tratado e respeitado como cliente, por dois dos funcionários. A nota se dá, de forma geral.
Good care, services and qualities are rare. Today the service is good. The execution does not show improvements in the routine. But at least today, I was treated and respected as a customer by two of the employees. The note is given, in general.
