★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio é muito bonito, limpinho, e seguro. Poderia ser melhor nas orientações aos visitantes. Poderia ter mais placas informativas. Deve-se considerar que nem todos que passam por lá são residentes.
 The condo is very nice, clean, and safe. It could be better in the guidance to visitors. Could have more informative boards. It should be noted that not everyone who passes through there is a resident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta extrema de respeito com entregas delivery. Parece que os meus funcionários estão à disposição desses moradores. Não podem subir nos aptos e ficam à mercê da Boa vontade dos moradores descerem quando bem entendem. Se não tivesse elevador duvido que os entregadores ficariam esperando no sol. Mandariam subir imediatamente. Fiz o bloqueio desse condomínio para entregas até que aprendam a respeitar quem está trabalhando.
Extreme lack of respect with delivery deliveries. It seems that my employees are available to these residents. They cannot go up in the apts and are at the mercy of the residents' good will to go down whenever they want. If there wasn't an elevator, I doubt the delivery guys would be waiting in the sun. They would send up immediately. I blocked this condominium for deliveries until they learn to respect whoever is working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lugar exelente pra se morar,aparentemente seguro e confortavel,porem na parte espera por qualquer tipo de encomenda,existe uma falta de atencao com o profisional que exerce a funcao de entregar a mercadoria,tanto pela demora quanto o perigo que o entregador passa pois a rua e deserta,escura e pouca monitorada por policiais.
