★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 horas esperando uma feijoada e o restaurante cheio de desculpas esfarrapadas ( a demanda foi alta, tivemos um atraso ) mas são mais de duas horas e nem perto da comida chegar. Atendimento horroroso de quem atendeu o telefone ainda me sugerindo cancelar.
Moral da História: quem for se arriscar em pedir comida nesse restaurante esteja disposto esperar mais de duas horas e se a " demanda deles for grande" vc pode ter que cancelar seu pedido.
A atendente me disse que não poderia fazer nada , que estava trabalhando. Está sim, trabalhando e mal, muito mal! Se eu pudesse dava zero estrelas aqui. Atendimento ruim e mal educado.
2 hours waiting for a feijoada and the restaurant full of lame excuses (the demand was high, we had a delay) but it's more than two hours and not even close to the food arriving. Horrible service from those who answered the phone still suggesting me to cancel.
Moral of the story: if you are going to take the risk of ordering food at this restaurant, be willing to wait more than two hours and if "their demand is great" you may have to cancel your order.
The attendant told me that there was nothing I could do, that she was working. Yes, it is working and badly, very badly! If I could I would give zero stars here. Bad and rude service.
