★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento! Sempre que preciso locar itens de festa procuro por eles. Mesmo fazendo orçamento em outros lugares, normalmente os preços do La Forêt são melhores, muito pontuais na entrega e na retirada dos itens.
Great service! Whenever I need to rent party items I look for them. Even when budgeting in other places, La Forêt prices are usually better, very punctual in the delivery and removal of items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despreparo total. Conseguiram errar a data de entrega das mesas, causando grande transtorno. As cadeiras estavam sujas de terra e grama, tive que limpar o salão após organizar as mesas. Não recomendo a ninguém.
Total unpreparedness. They managed to miss the delivery date for the tables, causing great inconvenience. The chairs were dirty with dirt and grass, I had to clean the room after organizing the tables. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero agradecer a lá foret pela consideração com o cliente, minha família fez a locação de algumas louças que foram para guararema, fiquei responsável de devolver, porém tive um imprevisto com o carro que me custou 5 horas perdidas, pois então achei que não daria tempo de entregar essas coisas, e eles me esperaram 30 min depois do estabelecimento já ter fechado, fiquei envergonhada, mas os funcionários foram muito gentis e me deixaram confortável, obrigada ?

I didn't like the service at the reception. I thought I needed to be softer in my dealings...but the 3 stars I'm giving go to the lady who delivered the rented products to me. she was super nice

Fechei um pedido com uma suqueira de cristal, e quando fui utilizar para a minha festa, estava vazando, com a valvula interna quebrada, sorte que tinha um parente que conseguiu consertar para mim, avisei sobre o ocorrido e fui recebida com descaso!
