 Viviane and Agatha are simply incredible, the service was impeccable. They had all the patience in the world to help us choose our clothes. The dresses are beautiful. The finish they made to the hem of my dress was perfect. I only have compliments to give them ❤️

Voltei agora em Março de 2022 para alugar um vestido de madrinha o atendimento péssimo totalmente diferente do que eu tive na época que me casei.
Atendentes indelicada, estúpidas... HORRIVEL
Será a última vez.
People, absurd... I rented my wedding dress, from the bridesmaids of my wedding, from the godparents... that's all in 2020.
I returned now in March 2022 to rent a bridesmaid dress, the terrible service was totally different from what I had at the time I got married.
Rude, stupid attendants... HORRIBLE
It will be the last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O vestido estava com vários defeitos na retirada e, mesmo com conserto, o vestido soltou os ajustes antes mesmo de começar a cerimônia. De qualquer forma, fui bem atendida e tentaram resolver o que pedi para levar o vestido pronto.
The dress had several defects in the removal and, even with repair, the dress loosened the adjustments even before the ceremony began. Anyway, I was well attended and they tried to solve what I asked to take the dress ready.

a pessoa não deixou nem eu terminar de fala e já foi respondendo com o que ela ACHAVA ser, estou chateada pois moro próximo a loja estava combinando de ir até lá ver os vestidos das madrinhas pois ainda vou me casar em novembro e infelizmente por ignorância da pessoa que ao meu ver não deveria trabalhar com publico, vou ter que sair ás buscas de alguém que possa me ouvir, ainda mais em uma data tão importante, pois nessa loja não passo mais nem na porta! ( não daria nem uma estrela porem não tive opção)...
I called the store to ask about a service and I was SUPER BAD ATTENDED!
the person didn't even let me finish talking and was already responding with what she THOUGHT it was, I'm upset because I live close to the store I was planning to go there to see the bridesmaids' dresses because I'm still getting married in November and unfortunately due to ignorance of the person who in my opinion shouldn't work with the public, I'll have to go out looking for someone who can hear me, even more on such an important date, because in this store I don't even go through the door anymore! (I wouldn't even give it a star but I didn't have a choice)...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou devidamente insatisfeita com o vestido de vocês, acabei de passar para pegar. Vocês são tão ruins que já obrigam a pessoa a colocar que o vestido está OK e o vestido está horroroso .
Eu sofri um acidente e mesmo assim fui na prova e hoje fui buscar.
Quando cheguei a barra estava um show de horror, parecia que eu tinha costurado em cima da outra.
Questionei, mas a atendente já é arrogante simplesmente fez descaso com o meu questionamento. Como não posso ficar na rua devido ao acidente que foi por queimadura fui embora, cheguei em casa e abri o vestido, mais uma surpresa. Ninguém lavou o vestido, o mesmo se encontra cheio de glitter e com cheiro de guardado.
E eu tenho mais um vestido ja pago com vocês e caso não tomem providências eu irei procurar os meus direitos e colocar nas redes sociais. Que o vestido é para semana que vem dia 13/12.
Só para constar que foi na unidade da vila carrão e eu não tenho problemas nenhum com a menina mais nova, sempre solicitei para ser atendida por ela.
Agora a senhora, mais velha a quem me atendeu, sempre foi péssima profissional.
Segue as fotos do lixo que ficou a barra a qual eu vou ter que comprar outra sandália baixa para poder ver se fica melhor e o vestido todo sujo de
glitter.

I'm properly dissatisfied with your dress, I just dropped by to pick it up. You are so bad that you force the person to put on that the dress is OK and the dress is awful.
I had an accident and even so I went to the test and today I went to get it.
When I reached the bar it was a horror show, it felt like I had sewn it on top of the other one.
I questioned, but the attendant is already arrogant and simply disregarded my questioning. As I can't stay on the street due to the accident that was caused by burns, I left, got home and opened the dress, another surprise. Nobody has washed the dress, it is full of glitter and smells like it has been stored away.
And I have one more dress already paid for with you and if you don't take action I will look for my rights and put it on social media. That the dress is for next week on 12/13.
Just for the record, it was at the Vila Carrão unit and I have no problems with the younger girl, I always asked to be seen by her.
Now the older lady who attended me was always a terrible professional.
Here are the photos of the garbage that was left at the hem, which I'll have to buy another low sandal to see if it looks better and the dress is all dirty with
glitter.
