★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além da pizza deixar muito a desejar, conseguem a proeza de ter o pior atendimento que já vi. Duas horas aguardando uma pizza, e ao logar para entender o que estava acontecendo simplesmente começaram a tirar o telefone do gancho pra não precisarem me responder, não consegui nem cancelar o pedido devido a minha chamada estar sendo evitada. Em momento algum falei qualquer grosseria, pelo contrário, fui muito paciente apesar da situação. Pizza e serviço que deixam a desejar, só pedíamos pela pizzaria ser bem próxima, pela comodidade, mas depois dessa aem chance nenhuma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A previsão de entrega não condiz com a do iFood, você liga e informam que em 10 minutos estará saindo para entrega, passa meia hora e nada, liga de novo fala que vai sair e que a demanda está grande, detalhe que moramos na mesma rua da pizzaria ou seja se pra nós que estamos do lado demorou 2 horas imagina para quem mora longe.
O mínimo era alterar no iFood o tempo de entrega porque as pessoas se programam, possuem compromissos e tudo atrasa devido a falta de respeito com o cliente, no final a pizza chegou com a borda toda queimada e 2 hrs depois do pedido, que dizia chegar de 25-35 minutos no iFood.
E não é a primeira vez, já tivemos que ir lá retirar a pizza porque não chegava NUNCA, e em outra a demora foi maior ainda, portanto perderam clientes e indicações porque também não recomendaremos para ninguém.

The least was to change the delivery time on iFood because people schedule, have appointments and everything is delayed due to lack of respect for the customer, in the end the pizza arrived with the edge all burnt and 2 hrs after the order, which said to arrive 25-35 minutes on iFood.
And it's not the first time, we've had to go there to pick up the pizza because it NEVER arrived, and in another the delay was even longer, so they lost customers and referrals because we won't recommend it to anyone either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho um grande preconceito com restaurantes que tentam vender de tudo (pizza e hamburguer), mas fui surpreendido positivamente. Lanches com ótimos pontos de carne e bem saborosos, a batata muito saborosa com cheddar no ponto que deve ser, acompanham molhos tb, um de maionese com alho e outro que lembra o molho do Big Mac, estavam muito bons. Não experimentei as pizzas, mas se forem iguais ao lanche, acredito que não iria me decepcionar.
