★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO RECOMENDO! Muito CUIDADO ao levar seus produtos a essa loja. Levei minha cortina a essa loja e paguei a vista pela lavagem. (mais de 75,00 reais). Combinado era a entrega ser realizada em uma quarta-feira, porém não tive retorno e procurei a loja que me informou que não poderia fazer a entrega, ou seja, não tem palavra e nenhuma ética.
Hoje quinta-feira ainda não recebi minha cortina e tenho apenas uma promessa de entrega a ser realizada na sexta-feira... (que tenho grande receio que não se cumpra). O maior absurdo é saber que isso iria ter atrasos e não procurar o cliente para dar uma satisfação. Todas as ligações foram feitas por mim. A única coisa que fizeram foi entrar em contato via WhatsApp sendo que solicitei o retorno via telefone.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Be very CAREFUL when taking your products to this store. I took my curtain to this store and paid for the washing. (more than 75.00 reais). It was agreed that the delivery should take place on a Wednesday, but I had no return and I went to the store that informed me that I could not make the delivery, that is, there is no word and no ethics.
Today Thursday I still haven't received my curtain and I only have a promise of delivery to be made on Friday ... (which I am very afraid will not be fulfilled). The biggest absurdity is to know that this would be delayed and not to look for the customer to give satisfaction. All calls were made by me. The only thing they did was get in touch via WhatsApp and I requested a return via phone.
Escape this trap!
