★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim. Tive eu mesmo que me levantar pra ir no caixa atrás de um cardápio. O local não estava nem perto de estar cheio pra justificar. Comida estava ok.
 Bad service. I even had to get up to go to the cashier for a menu. The place wasn't even close to being full to justify it. Food was ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hamburgeria artesanal excelente, comemos o Ó Pai e estava tão bom que não resistimos e tivemos que pedir outro. Pedimos o Na Bruxa que é tão bom quanto.
O ambiente é massa e o preço muito justo perante a qualidade dos hambúrgueres.
Otima pedida! Vale a pena a experiência!
Excellent artisanal hamburger, we ate Ó Pai and it was so good that we couldn't resist and we had to order another one. We ordered Na Bruxa which is just as good.
The atmosphere is great and the price is very fair given the quality of the hamburgers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hambúrguer é simplesmente delicioso, muito saboroso e caprichado! O preço do hambúrguer é justo, mas achei o suco caro (mas delicioso tb). O local é legal, mas não é o melhor dos que conheço. O atendimento foi muito bom, apesar de ter que ser pelo balcão. Voltaria mais vezes =)
The hamburger is simply delicious, very tasty and neat! The price of the burger is fair, but I found the juice expensive (but delicious too). The place is nice, but not the best I know. The service was very good, despite having to be at the counter. Would go back more often =)

Eu e meu esposo convidamos um casal e a filhinha deles para almoçar,quando chegamos nesse lugar gostamos e entramos e foi a pior coisa que eu fiz pq fomos tratados com preconceito o garçom nos falou que a chapa comia 4 pessoas e mais a criança e quando essa chapa chegou nos servio com prato de sobremesa e quando fomos reclamar ele nos informou que a gerência que manda fazer assim ...e o pior foi quando olhamos para o lado dois casais em mesas diferentes tinham pedido para outro garçom o mesmo prato e foi servido para duas pessoas com tudo certinho;saimos com fome e ainda com uma crianças de 5 anos.

My experience in this place was not good!
My husband and I invited a couple and their little girl to lunch, when we arrived at this place we liked it and went in and it was the worst thing I did because we were treated with prejudice, the waiter told us that the plate ate 4 people plus the child and when this plate arrived and served us with a dessert plate and when we complained he informed us that the management ordered it to do so ... and the worst thing was when we looked to the side two couples at different tables had asked another waiter for the same dish and it was served for two people with everything right; we left hungry and with a 5 year old child.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não dei sorte em minha primeira ida. Péssimo atendimento, pedi um risoto de 4 queijos e recebi um ensopado de arroz comum com leite e queijo parmesão de saquinho de má qualidade.
Devolvi o prato sem comer e ninguém teve a menor preocupação em me perguntar se eu queria trocar o prato por outro ( que é o mínimo que qualquer lugar que se preocupe com o atendimento ao cliente e com a qualidade do produto servido deve fazer) e a garçonete foi extremamente grosseira e só na hora que pedimos a conta foi ter alguma educação ao pedir que eu pagasse pelo risotto, caso contrário ela teria de pagar.
Paguei porque não quero prejudicar ninguém, mas lá não volto mais.
Unfortunately I didn't have any luck on my first trip. Terrible service, I ordered a 4-cheese risotto and received a plain rice stew with milk and parmesan cheese in a poor quality bag.
I returned the dish without eating and no one bothered to ask me if I wanted to exchange the dish for another one (which is the least that any place that cares about customer service and the quality of the product served should do) and the waitress was extremely rude and it was only when we asked for the bill that she was polite in asking me to pay for the risotto, otherwise she would have to.
I paid because I don't want to harm anyone, but I won't go back there.
