★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive a oportunidade de trabalhar com a LAB Engenharia em um projeto de uma loja para o Guarujá, foi uma parceria que super deu certo. Neste projeto precisei de um complementar de Elétrica, Ar-condicionado e Hidráulica e, todas as vezes que aparecia uma duvida a equipe me acionava.
Uma dedicação e atenção para todos os detalhes e possíveis imprevistos com relação a obra, ate mesmo para o com o projeto arquitetônico, me auxiliando para os detalhes que precisava a fim de evitar dores de cabeça e onerar mais do que o previsto a obra do meu cliente.
Satisfação é a palavra que descreve o trabalho dessa equipe, a garantia de dedicação para com seu projeto/ sonho.
 I had the opportunity to work with LAB Engenharia on a store project for Guarujá, it was a partnership that really worked. In this project I needed a complement of Electrical, Air-conditioning and Hydraulics and, whenever a doubt appeared, the team would call me.
A dedication and attention to all details and possible unforeseen events in relation to the work, even for the architectural project, helping me with the details I needed in order to avoid headaches and burden my work with more than expected client.

Hoje com cerca de 70 por cento de conclusão estamos muito satisfeitos. Cumprindo todos os prazos e cronograma financeiro proposto. Muito atenciosos, extremamente profissionais e éticos. Com certeza uma boa escolha.
We closed with Lab Engenharia all parts of the hydraulic, structural and electrical project, as well as all the management and construction workforce. Today, with about 70 percent completion, we are very satisfied. Meeting all deadlines and proposed financial schedule. Very attentive, extremely professional and ethical. Definitely a good choice.

Our dream of home ownership, came in the shape of an old apartment (about 30 years old) that we renovated in partnership with Lab, it was a challenge and learning for both.
