 Service too long. For a long time there was only 1 person at the counter to serve the long queue. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento por telefone, você liga pra sanar uma dúvida e ninguém atende, só chama. Quando liga novamente, diz que o número se encontra ocupado. Acredito que tiram do gancho pra não atenderem. Péssimo ?
Terrible phone service, you call to answer a question and no one answers, just call. When you call again, it says the number is busy. I believe they take it off the hook so they don't answer. Terrible ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impressionante como não se atende ligação nesse laboratório. Deviam colocar pessoas mais competentes para trabalhar, que realmente atendam as ligações e passe as informações que precisamos. Tá pior que órgão público!!!
It's amazing how they don't answer calls in this lab. They should put more competent people to work, who actually answer the calls and pass on the information we need. It's worse than public agency!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 20 estamos aqui numa fila imensa e desorganizada pra fazer o teste de covid. Só pude fazer a partir das 11 e sem aviso nenhum. Um descaso porque vim as 7a de manhã e fui avisada na porta. Está pior que o SUS.
Após alguns pacientes insatisfeitos também questionar os funcionários, a situação foi contornada. O atendimento foi oragnizado e feito em minutos.
Today the 20th we are here in a huge and disorganized line to take the covid test. I could only do it from 11 and without any warning. A disgrace because I came at 7 am and was told at the door. It's worse than SUS.
After some dissatisfied patients also questioned the staff, the situation was turned around. The service was organized and done in minutes.

Clean and organized, kind attendants, provides a good service. Room prepared to receive children and has a welcoming breakfast for customers.

O atendimento da recepção (em especial de uma recepcionista no guichê 4, infelizmente ela não usa crachá) é horrível, mau educada, fala muito alto, impede a realização dos exames dos pacientes por não entender o tempo de jejum, q normalmente é no máximo 12 horas, paciente com 10 horas de jejum ela manda voltar. Um absurdo, uma paciente implorou pra ser atendida por ter completado 11horas de jejum ela não atendeu. Enfim, nunca mais gostaria de voltar aqui, só vim hoje pq o hospital exige o rt pcr pra cirurgia, e teve de ser aqui.

The reception service (especially a receptionist at counter 4, unfortunately she doesn't wear a badge) is horrible, rude, speaks too loudly, prevents patients from performing exams because they don't understand the fasting time, which is usually at most 12 hours, patient with 10 hours of fasting she sends back. An absurd, a patient begged to be seen for having completed 11 hours of fasting, she did not answer. Anyway, I would never want to come back here, I only came today because the hospital requires rt pcr for surgery, and it had to be here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A espera é grande dependendo do dia e da hora, mas nada diferente dos outros laboratórios. Fiz o pcr lá e fui bem atendido. A média do atendimento entre a entrega da requisição médica e realização do exame é de 1 hora em média .
The wait is long depending on the day and time, but nothing different from other laboratories. I did the pcr there and was well attended. The average time between the delivery of the medical request and the examination is 1 hour on average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível. Fica conversando em vez de escutar o que o cliente está falando. Fala que o exame só é aceito até 30 dias e afirma que não estamos na pandemia para ser 90 dias. O plano da própria Unimed diz que é 60 dias normalmente. Não sabe explicar nada e só repete que segue o que a gestão diz. Um bot atende melhor.
Horrible service. Keep talking instead of listening to what the customer is saying. It says that the exam is only accepted up to 30 days and says that we are not in the pandemic to be 90 days. Unimed's own plan says it's 60 days normally. He doesn't know how to explain anything and just repeats that he follows what the management says. A bot works best.
