★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Marcaram minha consulta às 17:00 e sai do consultório às 19:00, sendo que passei 10 minutos com o médico.
Fiz a endoscopia na semana seguinte, marcaram as 07:30, mas só fui atendido as 10:30, e ele pediu duas biópsias. As biópsias ficam prontas com 20 dias úteis, só que a volta ao médico é valida por vinte dias corridos, ou seja, tenho que marcar e pagar outra consulta pra mostrar a biópsia.
Terrible attendance. They made my appointment at 17:00 and left the office at 19:00, and I spent 10 minutes with the doctor.
I did the endoscopy the following week, it was 7:30 am, but I was only seen at 10:30 am, and he asked for two biopsies. The biopsies are ready with 20 working days, but the return to the doctor is valid for twenty consecutive days, that is, I have to schedule and pay another appointment to show the biopsy.

Bad service from receptionists who are lazy and don't give information out of laziness, I ask a manager to see their work because the way we are treated is revolting.
