★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O laboratório não atende convênio somente particular, e não fui avisada quando fui entregar meu exame que me foi dito que era pago, daí percebi que a menina me entregou um papel porém não me avisou nada simplesmente me orientou como deveria colher o exame e disse que as instruções estavam no papel mas se ela já tinha explicado pra quê eu ia olha o papel. O laboratório deveria orientar os funcionários a fazerem a comunicação de maneira certa e clara e não esperar que o paciente vá pegar o papel o ler. Espero que melhorem nisso.
The lab does not attend only private agreement, and I was not advised when I went to deliver my exam that I was told that I was paid, so I realized that the girl handed me a paper but did not tell me anything simply advised me how to take the exam and said the instructions were on paper but if she had already explained what I was going to look at the paper. The lab should guide employees to communicate clearly and clearly and not wait for the patient to pick up the paper and read it. I hope you get better at it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente para os exames..mas aceita somente CASSIS e demais têm que ser particular.. Dão garantia se resultado for negativo. Atendentes não simpáticas. Patologista excelente (no caso meu, com dlas fezes de minhas filhas) pois faz 4 amostras de MIF e passa várias lâminas até achar algum verme.
Problema: entregar parasitologico em 2 horas e, aos sábados, entrega de material só até 10h.. para parasitológico, quase impossível!
Excellent for exams.but accept only CASSIS and others have to be particular .. They give guarantee if result is negative. Unfriendly attendants. Excellent pathologist (in my case, with the stools of my daughters) because he makes 4 samples of MIF and passes several slides until he finds some worm.
Problem: deliver parasitological in 2 hours and on Saturdays delivery of material only up to 10h .. for parasitological, almost impossible!
