★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei uma coleta domiciliar pro meu filho de 2 anos e meio e veio um rapaz excelente profissional, muito paciente, muito calmo, conversou com ele o tempo todo, a experiência foi muito positiva. Se tivesse mais estrelas eu daria pelo atendimento. Outro ponto positivo é que os exames ficaram prontos muito rápido e ainda consegui os resultados pela internet.
I scheduled a home collection for my 2 and a half-year-old son and an excellent professional, very patient, very calm guy came, talked to him all the time, the experience was very positive. If I had more stars, I would pay for the service. Another positive point is that the exams were ready very quickly and I still got the results over the internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de recepção totalmente desorganizado. Fornecem a senha, mas atendem em função de quem chega no guichê gerando confusão e muitas pessoas aguardando. Um único guichês atende mais de uma pessoa ao mesmo tempo aglomerando pessoas, inclusive algumas sem máscara. Outros guichês ficam vazios enquanto isso.

Totally disorganized reception service. They provide the password, but serve according to who arrives at the window, causing confusion and many people waiting. A single counter serves more than one person at the same time, crowding people, including some without a mask. Other windows are empty in the meantime.
