★ ★ ★ ★ ★ À tarde chamam uma senha a cada 15 minutos, você fica sem nem ter uma perspectiva do horário que será atendido. De 15 guichês, 3 ocupados nesse momento por funcionários e só um chamando senha, sendo que cada atendimento demora séculos. E há vários funcionários circulando. Todo esse cenário piora quando se constata profissionais ociosos na área de coleta de exames apenas aguardando a abertura do atendimento na recepção principal. É quando percebemos que a gente poderia ter gasto uma fração do tempo na unidade se houvesse alguém cuidando das demandas de exames simples, com abertura rápida de atendimento. Juro que não entendo, tem um problema muito sério de gerenciamento de recursos humanos e de gestão geral nessa unidade.
 In the afternoon a password is called every 15 minutes, you don't even have a perspective of the time you will be attended. There are 15 booths, 3 currently occupied by employees and only one calling a password, with each service taking centuries. And there are several employees hanging around. This whole scenario gets worse when you see professionals idle in the exam collection area just waiting for the opening of the service at the main reception. That's when we realized that we could have spent a fraction of the time in the unit if there had been someone taking care of the demands of simple exams, with quick service openings. I swear I don't understand, there is a very serious problem with human resources management and general management in this unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quer perder bem o seu tempo? Seja atendido por eles, no MÍNIMO 1hora esquentando cadeira. Para fazer exame de sangue foi questão de minutos, mas para ser atendido no guichê? Só por deus, e isso que tem 15 guichês, imagina se não tivesse.
Want to waste your time well? Be attended by them, at MINIMUM 1 hour warming up a chair. To take a blood test was a matter of minutes, but to be attended at the counter? Just for God, and that's what has 15 windows, imagine if it didn't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não vou nem reclamar da lotação, pois sobre isso não se tem controle. Mas, infelizmente 6 tablets de retirada de senha e somente 1 funcionando, fila para fora da clinica para retirar a senha.
E pra piorar o único Tablet que funciona não imprimi, a funcionária escreveu a minha senha em um rascunho.
Sobre isso, vocês tem controle. Lamentável.
I'm not even going to complain about the crowding, because you have no control over that. But unfortunately 6 password withdrawal tablets and only 1 working, queue outside the clinic to withdraw the password.
And to make matters worse, the only tablet that works didn't print, the employee wrote my password in a draft.
Over that, you have control. Unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exame agendado para as 10:30, cheguei na unidade as 10hrs enviei todos os documentos necessários para "agilizar" o exame no whats do grupo como solicitado, cheguei na unidade tive que mandar todos os documentos novamente só para abrir abrir a ficha com 1 hora de espera para atendimento, ridículo!
Exam scheduled for 10:30 am, I arrived at the unit at 10 am I sent all the necessary documents to "speed up" the exam on the group's whats as requested, I arrived at the unit I had to send all the documents again just to open the form with 1 hour waiting for service, ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com 14 guinches instalados, apenas 4 funcionando, fila de espera lotada, estava agendado e nem consegui passar, pois demorou muito. 4 funcionários atendendo com o máximo que podiam, mas infelizmente a gestão não deve se preocupar em colocar mais funcionários para melhorar o atendimento e não sobrecarregar os funcionários. Parabéns aos guerreiros que trabalham nesse barco a deriva sem gestão nenhuma!
With 14 winches installed, only 4 working, the queue was full, it was scheduled and I couldn't even get through, because it took a long time. 4 employees serving as much as they could, but unfortunately the management should not worry about putting more employees to improve service and not overload the employees. Congratulations to the warriors who work on this drifting boat without any management!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando eu vi as avaliações das unidades A+ eu não acreditei de tão ruim que eram, porem presenciando é pior ainda!!! 40 min para fazer ficha, não existe um critério para chamarem, é muito desorganizado, mais 30 min para fazer um exame de sangue (detalhe, você com jejum por mais de 8 horas ja). Falta de respeito com todos.
When I saw the ratings of the A+ units I couldn't believe how bad they were, but seeing them is even worse!!! 40 min to do a form, there is no criteria for calling, it's very disorganized, plus 30 min to do a blood test (detail, you've fasted for more than 8 hours already). Lack of respect for everyone.

Tinha exames marcados e cheguei com antecedência, mas quando cheguei estava com 1 hora de espera para abrir ficha... não era pra fazer o exame, era pra abrir a ficha, imagina o tempo para o exame.
Não existe compromisso por parte da A+.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lixo, cheguei aqui as 10:02 para fazer o exame de ultrassom urinária e era 11:22 não havia sido atendida nos guichês, devido falha de sistema, não aguentei e fui ao banheiro. Quando eu voltei haviam encerrado o horário para ultrassom, sendo possível a partir das 13:00hs. Falta de respeito com o ser humano. Clínica da Av Brigadeiro Faria Lima é um lixo no atendimento.
