Ficam 3 atendentes no balcão com conversas paralelas, o cadastro para atendimento dura em média 40minutos por pessoa, as atendentes guardam lugar para conhecidos e independente da posição da senha são prioridades. Absurdo! Na clínica agora tem em torno de 7 clientes, cheguei por voltas das 08:00hs, agora são 09:52hs e ainda estou a espera do atendimento, durante o período de quase duas horas somente 3 pessoas foram atendidas, e mais duas pessoas conhecidas das atendentes que não pegaram senha. Indignado!
Terrible attendance!
There are 3 attendants at the counter with parallel conversations, registration for service lasts an average of 40 minutes per person, attendants save place for acquaintances and regardless of the position of the password are priorities. Absurd! At the clinic now has around 7 clients, I arrived around 08:00, now it is 09:52 and I'm still waiting for the service, during the period of almost two hours only 3 people were attended, and two more people known from attendants who didn't get a password. Outraged!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A recepcionista me fez voltar pra casa sem fazer o procedimento para analise pois, houve uma falta de comunicação horrorosa. Atendimento lento. Funcionários despreparados.
The receptionist made me come home without doing the procedure for analysis because there was a horrible lack of communication. Slow service. Unprepared employees.
