★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, fui realizar exame sangue e urina em 17/4/19 manhã informei para atendente q precisaria colher urina, ela havia dito q ñ precisava, ñ entendi, pois quem requisitou foi minha medida Dra. Patrícia (cardio), passado 2 horas a própria me liga solicitando colher urina e levar pra ela dia seguinte ( dia de serviço, colhi a urina fui entregar pois a própria me fez eu esperar bastante, retirei a senha recomendado por ela q ao meu ver foi quem conseguiu fazer todo este transtorno tava na 310 e a minha era 320, expliquei a situação a ela, q esteva em trabalho (ocorrência), ñ deu a mínima visto q o erro foi dela e conclusão, ñ realizei o exame de urina.
