★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A localização para é boa, mas o atendimento é péssimo. Mais uma vez me decepcionei a semana passada.
Já havia feito uma reclamação, mas pelo jeito nenhuma medida foi tomada, pois tudo continua da mesma forma é o laboratórios está querendo perder mais uma paciente.
 The location for is good, but the service is terrible. Once again I was disappointed last week.
I had already made a complaint, but apparently no action was taken, because everything remains the same is the laboratory is wanting to lose another patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já estive duas vezes porém, tem uma atendente do gliche 05 que não entendo. Enquanto os gliches ao lado fazem três atendimentos ela faz um. Pegamos duas senhas pois eram duas crianças e tivemos a infeliz idéia de passar um senha para tal gliche. Resumo: Uma criança foi atendida enquanto a outro teve que esperar por muito tempo.

A balconista me perguntou muito aspera, ugnorante e agressiva: o que a senhora quer?, após eu entregar o pedido médico , meu documento e a carteira do plano. Fiquei tão chocada com o péssimo atendimento, que nem consegui chamar um gerente, se é que tem gerencia.
I was very poorly attended this afternoon. The clerk asked me very harshly, obnoxiously and aggressively: what do you want?, after I delivered the medical order, my document and the plan's portfolio. I was so shocked by the poor service that I couldn't even call a manager, if there is a manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde, sou profissional da saúde e me recuso a entender qualquer estabelecimento ao público que não sabe atender bem um cliente, principalmente um particular. Como médica Sei da credibilidade do laboratório mas como outras reclamações aqui expostas o atendimento é muito ruim. Hoje eu fui ao laboratório por volta das 14h para obter uma informação. Haviam 3 pessoas e eu fiquei esperando quem terminaria primeiro pra me dirigir ao balcão e sanar minha dúvida, porém quando um dos balcões vagaram eu só esperava ouvir da atendente "precisa de algo", ela nem olhou ou preocupou. Me recusei a ficar ali e sai imediatamente, amanhã coletarei meu exame em outro lugar. Infelizmente alguns funcionários conseguem fazer um deserviço no próprio lugar que atuam.

As a doctor I know the laboratory's credibility but like other complaints presented here, the service is very bad. Today I went to the laboratory around 2 pm to get information. There were 3 people and I was waiting who would finish first to go to the counter and answer my question, but when one of the counters vacated I just waited to hear from the attendant "you need something", she neither looked nor worried. I refused to stay there and left immediately, tomorrow I will collect my exam elsewhere. Unfortunately, some employees manage to do a deservice in the place they work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ter 11 guichês de atendimento, somente 3 funcionavam e apenas 1 chamava. Laboratório cheio e atendimento muito demorado, diferente de outras unidades. Vale a pena ir até Santa Lúcia.
Despite having 11 service desks, only 3 worked and only 1 called. Full laboratory and very long service, unlike other units. It is worth going to Saint Lucia.
