The service is very slow, they give you a password to still register...then it takes time to collect the blood.....I didn't like it...the employees are very slow !they talk a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito descaso com o cliente, totalmente desorganizado, mais de 1h só para chamar pra fazer cadastro ( que eu já tinha) depois mais 1h no mínimo novamente para a coleta, Quando questionado, responderam que estavam com um funcionário apenas para colher a todos, isso não é justificativa pois o cliente não deve pagar pela falta de funcionários da empresa, ( entrei em Hipo depois de 2h e 30min) Tendo em vista que o local estava lotado, não pode se dizer que estão em crise ou precisando economizar, a área da saúde e alimentação triplicou seus lucros com a pandemia ao contrário dos outros seguimentos que podem usar esse tipo de justificativa.
Detalhe; meus exames foram particular custou mais de 500 reais pagos anteriormente e à vista.
Very negligence with the customer, totally disorganized, more than 1h just to call to register (which I already had) then another 1h at least again for the collection, When asked, they replied that they were with an employee just to collect everyone, that is not a justification because the customer should not pay for the lack of company employees, (I entered Hipo after 2:30 am) Given that the place was crowded, it cannot be said that they are in crisis or needing to save money, the area of health and food tripled its profits with the pandemic, unlike other segments that can use this type of justification.
Detail; my exams were private, it cost more than 500 reais paid in advance and in cash.
