★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De todas as unidades que visitei e todos os exames que ja fiz no laboratório hoje tive a pior experiência. Mais aborrecido que eu, que me dirigi a unidade orientada pelo Whatsapp e chegando lá ouvi que não podia ser atendida pela profissional presente pois a mesma não tinha prática na coleta do meu exame foi o recepcionista que permaneceu do início ao fim do atendimento com uma cara péssima e sem a mínima vontade de resolver. A solução, apresentada por MIM, foi que a técnica conseguisse orientação por telefone para a coleta pra que eu não precisasse me deslocar a outra unidade.
Of all the units I visited and all the tests I have done in the laboratory today I had the worst experience. More annoyed than me, who went to the unit guided by Whatsapp and when I got there I heard that I could not be attended by the professional present because she had no practice in collecting my exam was the receptionist who remained from start to finish with a face lousy and with no desire to resolve.
