O gerente Diogo logo entrou em contato dizendo que ia resolver meu caso. No outro dia eu tinha um retorno com a médica, ele me enviou o resultado antes da consulta. Obrigada, Diogo!

Que fala Mentirosa Hallison, a atendente me deixou aguardando a ligação, fiquei mais de 25min na linha telefônica, fiz questão de gravar, dava pra escutar conversas paralelas e não fizeram nem questão de responder a minha pergunta! Falta de respeito com seu clientes! Não indico esse laboratório e se Deus quiser, será a última vez que minha família solicita avaliação de exames nesse laboratório! Falta de respeito!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se quiser alguma informação ou saber do resultado tem que ir lá, finaliza o prazo, não sai o resultado do exame, não atende telefone, não respondem e-mail, não respondem WhatsApp. A moça da recepção é ótima no atendimento, mas o atendimento remoto e pós exame não é nem ruim é inexistente.
If you want any information or know the result, you have to go there, the deadline ends, the exam result doesn't come out, they don't answer the phone, they don't answer e-mails, they don't answer WhatsApp. The girl at the reception is great in the service, but the remote and post-exam service is not bad, it's non-existent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro em Palmas há pouco tempo e não sei se aqui só tem este laboratório que faça alguns tipos de exame, mas se for isso explica a bagunça que é devido à falta de concorrência. Minha esposa fez um exame e o resultado foi diferente do que o medico pediu. O medico pediu para reverem o laudo e aí o martírio tem se arrastado há dias. A gente fez contato disseram que tak dia ia sair o resultado, no dia que disseram fomos atrás e no zap disseram que estavam esperando uma resposta do medico e que o resultado ia sair a tarde, porem a tarde retorno o contato a atendente diz que estava pronto , mas qdo vejo no site não fizeram o exame dai retorno na atendente ela diz que foi engano que o patologista em breve vai terminar e avisa ...isso já tem uns 15 dias mais ou menos de mentira e enrolação...se sumiram o material , não sabem fazer ou seja la o que for poderiam avisar, mas não toda conversa, todo atendimento é a mesma enrolação e o exame não sai...um desrespeito com a vida das pessoas que estão doentes...a depender do problema 1 dia que seja faz diferença para se iniciar um tratamento....

We made contact they said that the result would come out the day they said, on the day they said we went after it and on zap they said they were waiting for a response from the doctor and that the result would come out in the afternoon, but in the afternoon I return the contact to the attendant says it was ready, but when I see it on the website, they didn't do the exam, so I get back to the attendant she says it was a mistake that the pathologist will finish soon and warns... it's been about 15 days of lying and stalling... the material, they don't know how to do it or whatever it is they could warn, but not every conversation, every service is the same mess and the exam doesn't come out... a disrespect for the lives of people who are sick... depending on the problem even 1 day makes a difference to start a treatment....
