★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATENÇÃO, fiz o teste do covid ( Cotonete nariz ) nesse laboratório , local cheio e uma espera de uns 40 minutos!!
Teste meio que é feito por fazer , só é coletado de um lado do nariz e pronto e tchau !!
Ache o é estranho e hoje fui até o Sérgio Franco fazer o mesmo exame, coleta retirado das duas narinas e logo depois da garganta .
Exame completo com o mesmo valor .
Atenção para quem quer o teste completo não vá no Coutinho e Pinheiro.
ATTENTION, I did the covid test (cotton swab nose) in this laboratory, full place and a wait of about 40 minutes !!
Test is kind of done by doing, it is only collected from one side of the nose and ready and bye !!
Find it is strange and today I went to Sérgio Franco to do the same exam, collection taken from both nostrils and right after the throat.
Complete exam with the same value.
Attention for those who want the complete test do not go to Coutinho and Pinheiro.

PSA primeiro não informaram que era até as 11:00hs. Quando retornamos no dia seguinte tinha que estar em jejume não foi informado Eu não recomendo a ninguém.
Completely unprepared attendants. We call for information to take the exam.
PSA first did not report that it was until 11:00. When we returned the next day I had to be fasting and was not informed I would not recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim. As pessoas chegam e vem a placa de retirar uma senha, não pegam e a atendente fala que isso é correto. Não tem separação de senha para preferencial, causando confusão. Os resultados são acessados por e-mail e telefone para um simples exame de sangue. Parece que parou no século passado!
Não recomendo!
Very bad service. People arrive and the sign to remove a password comes, they don't pick it up and the attendant says that this is correct. There is no password separation for preferred, causing confusion. The results are accessed by email and phone for a simple blood test. It looks like it stopped in the last century!
I do not recommend!
