★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da recepção é péssimo, o laboratório trabalha na época da pré história, não tem site para pegar os exames um simples exame de hemograma e urina passa mais de uma semana pra ser liberado, se precisar dos exames antes não consegue ainda tem que escutar piada das atendentes dizendo que o laboratório tá no prazo.
Fazer coleta em criança já é um transtorno, imagina levar duas furadas para tirar a quantidade de sangue maior, onde outros laboratórios com uma furada vai enchendo todos os frascos.
Sem falar que até o coletor para exame tive que comprar pq o laboratório não dar, nunca vi isso na minha vida.
LABORATÓRIO PAROU NO TEMPO!!
A única coisa boa é o equipamento visualizador veias e atendimento da moça que fez a coleta, o resto péssimo!!
Não volto mais.
 Reception service is terrible, the laboratory works at the time of prehistory, there is no website to get the exams, a simple blood count and urine exam takes more than a week to be released, if you need the exams before you can't, you still have to listen to a joke of the attendants saying that the laboratory is on time.
Taking a collection in a child is already a hassle, imagine taking two punctures to get the largest amount of blood, where other laboratories with a punctured fill all the vials.
Not to mention that even the collector for the exam I had to buy because the laboratory didn't give it, I've never seen that in my life.
LABORATORY STOPPED IN TIME!!
The only good thing is the equipment that visualizes veins and the service of the girl who did the collection, the rest is terrible!!
I won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um exame, e eles ficaram de enviar o resultado por e-mail e não obtive resposta, o único laboratório que não tem a opção de você ter acesso aos resultados via site ou pelo menos cumprissem com o que promete ao cliente.
I took an exam, and they kept sending the result by email and I didn't get a response, the only laboratory that doesn't have the option of you having access to the results via the website or at least fulfilling what it promises to the customer.
