★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sábado, 9h, a fila estava pra fora do laboratório e as atendentes conversando entre elas e com amigas, sem atender as pessoas, além de passar as amigas na frente. Completamente desrespeitoso. Péssimo.
Saturday, 9 am, the line was out of the lab and the attendants talking to each other and their friends, not answering the people, besides passing the friends in front. Completely disrespectful. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive hoje nesse laboratório, infelizmente tive uma experiência muito ruim. Uma demora absurda no atendimento, funcionários displicentes, não importando-se com o tempo que temos para esperar sua boa vontade em trabalhar no tempo plausível para espera.
Refiro aos atendentes de recepção, lentidão irritante, típico de quem acaba de sair da cama. Pessima experiência!
I was in that laboratory today, unfortunately I had a very bad experience. An absurd delay in service, disrespectful employees, regardless of the time we have to wait for your willingness to work in the plausible waiting time.
I refer to the front desk attendants, annoying slowness, typical of someone who has just got out of bed. Bad experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento lento na recepção e não há atendimento preferencial para gestantes ou idosos. Não fica claro o critério de atendimento, visto que nem todos seguem a senha da entrada do laboratório. Pontos estes que precisam ser melhorados.
Slow service at reception and there is no preferential service for pregnant women or the elderly. The service criteria are not clear, since not everyone follows the password for entering the laboratory. These points need to be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssimo, está no site e tbm lá é confirmado esse horário , "horário de funcionamento até às 11:00" cheguei lá por volta das 10:20 para levar exames, sim exames, não poderam colher pois seria até às 10:00 e aí como a gente fica? perguntei o pq e me explicaram o motivo,que fecham as 11:00 para estarem levando o exame até às 10:00, Agora me explicam por favor o pq isso?, teria que colocar no site ou até impresso para os pacientes estarem cientes " horário de exames" e não somente horário de funcionamento, fica confuso isso, Eu e acho que mais pessoas já passaram o mesmo que aconteceu comigo, além de tudo mal saio do local escuto gargalhadas voltei para dentro , e mudaram de assunto, apenas olhei e fiquei indignada,pq para mim foi muito desagradável além de perder a viagem de ir até o local, escutar isso, pode ser de mim pode, como tbm não , mas, é muito sem educação ,então por favor , tenha mais informações para seus pacientes impresso para cada um, não é TDS que tenham acesso a informação, pq é um Laboratório exemplar que Tatuí tem , mais infelizmente pode vir indesejar a muitos.....
