Pensarei 10 vezes antes de ir,caso não seja agendado.
Lamentável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento extremamente demorado, laboratório lotado os pacientes ficaram aguardando chamar a senha na calçada do lab pois dentro estava lotado. Aguardando em jejum em pé com o sol rachando na cabeça. Não é culpa das atendentes e sim da organização e estrutura do local.
Extremely long service, crowded laboratory, patients were waiting to call the password on the sidewalk of the lab because inside it was crowded. Waiting fasting standing with the sun cracking in the head. It is not the fault of the attendants, but the organization and structure of the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que fui , fui muito bem atendida, as vezes acontece de estar cheio e ter que esperar .. mais em todo lugar tem isso quanto a isso não tem o que reclamar, sem falar que o café da manhã pra quem está em jejum é sensacional ❤
Whenever I went, I was very well attended, sometimes it happens to be full and I have to wait .. but everywhere there's nothing to complain about, not to mention that the breakfast for those who are fasting is sensational ❤

Espera de mais de duas horas para fazer a ficha, isso porque os testes de covid é separado, imagina se fosse junto ????.
Uma demora para chamar, isso ainda os que estão agendado que passam na frente por ser prioridade.
Melhor rever os conceitos e você paciente procure outro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que falta de respeito. Usei o agendamento, 9h40. Cheguei com meu esposo (que faria atendimento na hora com senha) as 9h30. Avisei a recepçao.
10h20 meu marido é chamado pra cadastro, e nada de me chamarem. Ao fim do atendimento dele, ele informa meu horario e minha espera.
“Desculpa, esta uma loucura aqui hoje”. Ah sério? E meu trabalho me esperando…
Expectativa estava alta, totalmente negativa.
That lack of respect. I used the schedule, 9:40 am. I arrived with my husband (who would make appointments on the spot with a password) at 9:30 am. I notified reception.
10:20 am my husband is called to register, and no one calls me. At the end of his service, he informs me of my schedule and my wait.
"Sorry, it's been crazy here today." Oh, really? And my work waiting for me...
Expectations were high, totally negative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente precisa de uma avaliação e melhoria na parte do exame de Covid, cheguei às 06:20hs estou com a senha número 1 mas estão coletando em outro carro que está estacionado na rua, para que vale a senha 1? realmente a sequência de atendimento é por senha? Já estou esperando mais de uma hora (agora são 07:25hs) e com a senha número 1..….. e nada de atendimento.
It really needs an evaluation and improvement in the part of the Covid exam, I arrived at 06:20 pm I have the number 1 password but they are collecting it in another car that is parked on the street, what is password 1 for? really the sequence of attendance is by password? I've been waiting for over an hour (it's now 7:25 am) and with password number 1.....….. and no service.

O atendimento teoricamente seria no carro, mas...
1. Vc precisa estacionar, pegar um primeira senha (para o carro);
2. Entrar para fazer o cadastro de atendimento (para o paciente);
3. Outro cadastro do lado de fora (para o paciente)
4. Voltar para o carro e esperar ser chamado pela senha do carro (tipo bingo, os funcionários chamando o número)
5. Da a volta no quarteirão (rua é contra mão estacionamento x laboratório)
6. Parar no lugar de marcado para finalmente ser atendido!
Várias pessoas amontoadas dentro do laboratório e vários do lado de fora, resumindo, se não tiverem covid, pode voltar mais tarde porque provavelmente se contaminaram.
Extremely disorganized! Inefficient action plan for demand and totally confused:
The service would theoretically be in the car, but...
1. You need to park, get a first pass (for the car);
2. Log in to register the service (for the patient);
3. Another registration outside (for the patient)
4. Return to the car and wait to be called by the car's password (like bingo, employees calling the number)
5. Go around the block (street is opposite parking lot x laboratory)
6. Stop at the marked place to finally be served!
Several people crammed inside the laboratory and several outside, in short, if they don't have covid, they can come back later because they probably got contaminated.
