★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma estrela porque não dá pra por nenhuma! Toda vez que tento ir nessa loja comprar uma capinha é uma má vontade dos meninos de vender que me Deus do céu. Vendedor muito mal educado! Ia comprar mais de uma capinha e ele me mostrou 3 e falou tá bom moça. Sendo que tinha mais capinhas penduradas de modelos diferentes! Perguntei se ele estava bravo ou não queria vender e o mesmo foi grosso na resposta. Perguntei o nome dele para poder reclamar para a responsável da loja e o mesmo disse “não te interessa”. Não recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu celular quebrou a tela e eu levei nessa loja para arrumar. Foi dito que a tela que eles colocariam no lugar seria original. Mas, a experiência, foi totalmente E vamos aos problemas: colocaram uma tela trincada no lugar. O técnico responsável pela manutenção "alegou" que não seria possível ver que estava trincada antes de colocar no lugar. O que não faz o menor sentido, se colocar a tela contra a luz, com a tela desligada, da para ver claramente a tela trincada. E eu questionei justamente isso ao técnico e ele foi extremamente ignorante e grosseiro, falando "ah, eu não quero saber não, atende ele aí" e me deu as costas. A tela que colocaram no lugar é extremamente escura, nada igual a original. Também disseram que fariam o serviço em 1 hora. Quando levamos o aparelho tive que ficar quase 4 horas esperando, perdi uma tarde inteira de trabalho, porque disseram que fariam em 1 hora. Me arrependi totalmente de fazer o serviço lá, fica a experiência péssima no atendimento e qualidade do serviço e o sentimento de ter sido enganado.
My cell phone broke the screen and I took it to this store to fix it. It was said that the canvas they would put in place would be original. But, the experience was totally. And let's get to the problems: they put a cracked screen in place. The technician in charge of maintenance "claimed" that it would not be possible to see that it was cracked before putting it in place. Which doesn't make any sense, if you put the screen up to the light, with the screen turned off, you can clearly see the cracked screen. And I asked the technician about this and he was extremely ignorant and rude, saying "oh, I don't want to know, answer him there" and turned his back on me. The screen they put in place is extremely dark, nothing like the original. They also said they would do the job in 1 hour. When we took the device I had to wait for almost 4 hours, I lost a whole afternoon of work, because they said they would do it in 1 hour. I totally regretted doing the service there, it's the terrible experience in the service and quality of service and the feeling of having been cheated.
